Eligibility Criteria for BDS/MDS Programme is as follows

  • For National Students As per DCI guidelines Must be NEET Qualified and allotted through UPDGME Uttar Pradesh Lucknow.
  • For International Students The eligibility criterion for all programmes for international applicants is minimum 50% in the qualifying examination and having studied the prerequisite subjects for admission into the desired program.


Education Loan Assistance

Sharda University aims to support deserving/meritorious students in availing financial assistance for pursuing their higher education. In order to encourage students to take up higher education despite their financial shortcomings, nowadays, most banks are providing attractive loan facility to students.

Students can avail loan from any bank. However, for the benefit of its students, Sharda University has tie-ups with the following banks:

FOR ANY QUERY REGARDING BANK

We help our students in speedy disposal of their loan applications across the country. During June-August, a kiosk is set up inside the University for the benefit of students seeking financial assistance from the bank.

Procedure for Availing Bank Loan Assistance

Students who want to apply for Educational Loan will need an offer letter from the University. The University will provide the requisite offer letter as required by the bank for loan purposes, as and if believed appropriate.

However, the students and their parents/guardians shall be responsible for obtaining sanction and repayment of the sanctioned loan and all kinds of liabilities and consequences arising thereof, if any. The University shall not be liable and responsible in this regard.

  • Libraries

    Housed in spacious halls, the Libraries are well stacked with textbooks, technical journals, periodicals, and reference material for advanced research and development work. The schools also subscribe to DELNET and other Internet Libraries. It remains open 14 hours a day from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on all days, and up to 19-20 hours a day during examinations.

  • Auditoriums & Seminar Rooms

    The University has many Auditoriums and Seminar Rooms equipped with the latest audio visual facilities for guest lectures, seminars, presentations, and other academic activities. Besides, every school has a Conference/Board room for meetings, faculty presentations, and discussions.

  • Classrooms

    The Teaching-Learning pedagogy used in the classrooms is IT enabled, and all classrooms are fitted with LCD projectors and sound systems. The lecture halls can accommodate up to 200 students while the tutorial classes are designed for strength of 30-40 students.

  • Computing Facilities

    Recognizing the key role that IT plays in teaching as well as research, the university is committed to providing computing facilities of the highest standards. A high-speed optical fibre network of 1Gbps through two ISPs with wireless redundancy allows all students to access a range of services across our entire campus including student hostels with more than 200 access points.
